AMNH Seminars

Last week I enrolled in a seminar at the American Museum of Natural History. It is a 6 week seminar during the summer about Time, Space and Relativity.
I also wrote to the person in charge of portfolio assessment at COSC and she told me that the Seminar will be accepted for credit, I just have to write an essay accompanying my other documents. I don’t need to get the CEUs from the other college for the seminar and save 270 USD, which is a good thing.
There is another interesting seminar announced at AMNH, Astrobiology, I guess it will be happening in fall and if the first one is good, I’ll take that one too. If I am lucky they’ll come up with more in this direction for the winter and spring term.
