Book shopping issues

When I started to plan my college, I soon figured out that all the books I need are going to be more expensive than the course fees etc.
So far I had pretty good luck in getting books from eBay, instead of more than USD 2000 I paid so far 550 for books. Even with the added cost of EPS (250) I got away pretty cheap.
One of my best resources for books and prices, besides eBay, is isbn.nu. It lets you search for books by title, autor, isbn and subject and gives for each book a list of merchants that sell the book.
