It is unbelievable how many things can go wrong

I finally wrote on Friday the first of my four exams, Geology mid-term. The exam went fine, I did finish all 10 essays but only 11 definitions.
What I meant about going wrong was, that when I talked last time to Louisiana, I mentioned-again-that I had paid express shipping for my exams. So I set up the dates for 20-23 June and on the 19th I wanted to go to pay the fees in the ICDA. Since it was quite close to lunch when we were about to leave home, I called them to have the invoice ready and I wouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes until they manage to find the file and print it out. Of course, they hadn’t received my exams yet so I call LSU and they tell me they sent it a week ago but it will take 3-4 weeks to get here. So I say, ‘yeah, well I paid you for express shipping 25 USD…’ and got a surprised reply. So they sent the exams again the same day and I was supposed to get a tracking number. When I called again on Wed morning to get the tracking number, they gave me one which didn’t work of course, but that same afternoon the ICDA called and told me that the exams had arrived on Tuesday evening.
I do really hope for the next courses things will get a bit less complicated.
